  • Shuttle Driver

    Compensation: $30.00 per hour

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Greets each customer with a smile
    • Assists guests with loading golf bags into the shuttle safely and securely
    • Provides quick and pleasant customer courtesy, service, and satisfaction
    • Follows all established procedures for Shuttle Drivers, including pre-trip inspections, designated routes, accurate record-keeping, and regular, effective radio communication

    • Performs additional duties as reasonably requested by Management, especially during downtimes

    Knowledge, Skills, & Experience Required:

  • Box Truck Driver

    Job Type: Contract

    Pay: Up to $1,500.00 per week

    Job Summary:
    We are seeking a reliable and professional Box Truck Driver to join our delivery team. This role involves operating a 26ft box truck to complete last-mile deliveries of furniture and providing white glove service to customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service mindset, attention to detail, and experience handling and assembling furniture.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Safely operate a 26ft box truck to deliver furniture to residential and commercial customers.
    • Perform last-mile deliveries with a focus on timeliness and customer satisfaction.
    • Provide white glove service, including room-of-choice delivery, unpacking, light assembly, and removal of packaging materials.
    • Communicate professionally with customers and dispatch to ensure smooth delivery operations.
    • Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any issues.
    • Maintain accurate delivery logs and obtain customer signatures as required.
    • Handle furniture with care to prevent damage during loading, transport, and delivery.

    Qualifications:

  • Truck Driver Light

    Overview:

    The Truck Driver Light will address customer needs, pick up and deliver parts for VDOT sites, and assist with inventory control.

    This is an hourly position. Responsibilities:

    Provide quality customer service to include but not limited to the following:

    • Attention to detail
    • Meet and greet customers
    • Review supplied requisition forms to ensure they are properly completed (signatures, timestamps, part numbers, descriptions and quantities)
    • Answer questions regarding availability of parts
    • Ask appropriate questions to ensure correct parts are researched and provided
    • Inform customers when requested parts are available
    • Operate a forklift
    • Review, familiarize with and adhere to Product Group Catalog.
    • Review, familiarize with, and adhere to Policy and Procedures Manual.
    • Review, familiarize with, and adhere to MANCON’s SOPs and Safety Manual.


    Parts Pick up

    • Drive vehicle to designated locations to purchase/pick up parts
    • Provide company documentation to vendors as required (tax exempt form, credit references)
    • Review all invoices at vendor location to ensure accuracy on pricing and quantities
    • Return products to MANCON location in a timely fashion


    Data Entry Requirements

    • Assist in generating invoices for customer requisitions in the inventory system
    • Assist in entry of vendor receiving documents in the inventory system


    Inventory Management Requirements

    • Assist in physically receiving vendor orders
    • Assist in performing weekly inventory cycle counts
    • Assist in performing counts during Wall to Wall inventories at site


    Other Requirements

    • Follow established guidelines for vehicle and equipment maintenance
    • Provide 24 hour support at the VDOT location during emergencies
    • Assist with inventory research projects as requested
    • Adhere to required procedures
    • Assist Store Supervisor as assigned
    • Participate in the SCM continuing training program

    Qualifications:

    • 24-hour availability
    • Valid Driver’s License with two years driving experience
    • Obtain and maintain a forklift license

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Auto and/or heavy duty truck parts experience

    • P1 or P2 ASE certification

    CPRC is a case management focused program that provides individuals with support to live an independent life in the community.     What You’ll Do

    • Transport ReDiscover clients comfortably in a ReDiscover owned van in a timely manner.

    • Show sensitivity to and appreciation of issues related to age, religion, ethnicity, race, socio-economic status and sexual orientation and gender and demonstrates respectful and appropriate language and non-verbal behavior.     Operates Shuttle buses or University vans to shuttle riders to various stops on campus, the VA Hospital or Research Park. Operates automobiles, light trucks, tractors and other equipment in order to haul, move, and deliver materials on, to, and from campus. Maintains vehicles such as cars, light trucks, and tractors by seeing that they are serviced regularly and by personally correcting and repairing minor problems. Performs physical labor related to moving, hauling, construction, and snow removal.
