    We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Winch Truck Driver to join our operations in the North Dakota oil fields. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting heavy equipment and machinery vital to our oil field operations. This role requires precision, safety, and a strong commitment to maintaining the integrity of equipment and cargo.

    • Operate winch and flatbed trucks to transport drilling rigs, pipes, and other heavy equipment within and between oil field sites.
    • Secure all loads according to company guidelines and DOT regulations to ensure safe transport of materials and equipment.
    • Perform routine maintenance checks on winch trucks and associated equipment to ensure operational safety and efficiency.
    • Navigate rural and rough road conditions safely and efficiently.

    • Prepares receipts/paperwork for load picked up.

  • Transport Driver – Full Time

    Salary: $17 – $22/hour

    JOB SUMMARY:

    Provides reliable and safe transportation for the patients.

    Schedule: This position is Monday – Friday with times ranging from 4am-9pm

    DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Transport patients and accompanying staff to office visits, hospital testing, out trips and other activities as requested.
    • Flexibility with work schedule (hours of work) to accommodate transportation needs.
    • Responsible for pre-trip inspection of patient wheelchairs and kid carts to ensure they are safe for transport, and for finding appropriate solutions/alternatives if necessary (e.g. ensuring chair has appropriate head rest, pommel, etc. or appropriate CPS compliant car seat)
    • Prepares vehicles for Clinic trips, ensuring they are properly fueled, warmed up, de-iced and parked in appropriate ambulance bay
    • Assists Transport RN and RT in gathering necessary supplies and preparing patient for Clinic Trip (e.g. pulse oximeter, blanket, stroller etc.)
    • Responsible for safely loading passengers and ensuring they are appropriately secure in vehicles utilizing Car Seat Passenger Safety guidelines.
    • Provides in the moment training and refreshers to necessary staff regarding lockdown procedure.
    • Trains new drivers and Transport staff in safe operation of all vehicles, wheelchair lifts and lockdown procedure
    • Cleans and stores any equipment used during Clinic trips (Car seat, pulse oximeter, stroller, etc.)
    • Responsible for non-Clinic related trips such as lab specimen drops, picking up/dropping off equipment and/or patient belongings, transporting supplies for various fundraisers, etc. as needed
    • Coordinates with Child Life and Recreational Therapy department to ensure vehicle availability for Community Integration Trips
    • Child Passenger Safety – After completion of Child Passenger Safety (CPS) course, fits patients into correct car seat for age and size, correctly install car seat into caregiver vehicle and provides education to caregivers.
    • Is familiar with the Transport Policies; Transporting Patient to Clinical Appointment, Vehicle Operator Safety, and Vehicle Use and Maintenance.
    • Responsible for safety inspections of all vehicles every three months including monitoring tire pressure/tread depth, various fluid levels, electrical systems, wheelchair lifts, etc to ensure all vehicles are in working order. Coordinates and schedules any necessary maintenance and repairs (oil changes, tire replacement/repairs, etc.), as well as pick up, drop off and towing, if necessary.
    • Maintains a log for each individual van and provides comprehensive monthly and YTD statistical report, including fuel cost, analysis of busiest days of week/time of day, most popular destinations, average trip length, etc.
    • Maintains fuel levels in vans and performs refueling runs as needed. Provides receipts of transactions to Finance department
    • Spot cleans interior and exterior of vehicles once a week and full cleaning of interior and exterior every once a month.
    • Coordinates and schedules PRN drivers as needed
    • Knows the mission and values of Ranken Jordan and in accordance, maintains appropriate professional behavior at all times.
    • All other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing or other appropriate leadership team member.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • The Driver must have valid Missouri CDL, Missouri Chauffeur’s license or Illinois Class C License
    • Complete a Defensive Driving Course through Ranken Jordan
    • Completion and successful passing of a Child Passenger Safety course is required within 90 days of hire.

    Summary
    Driving and operating of a specific service vehicle (tow trucks, battery service vehicles/light service vehicles), and operating towing equipment for AAA members and for commercial purposes. Performing simple diagnostics/troubleshooting on vehicles. Providing an outstanding customer service experience.

    Essential Functions

    • Driving and operating a service vehicle (i.e. flat tire changes, lock-out, fuel delivery services, etc.)
    • On-scene time interacting with customer/establishing rapport, building relationships, trust and problem solving
    • Leverages sales skills for offering products and services from AAA to member during service interaction
    • Utilizing on-board computer, radio communications, and mapping systems
    • Completion of daily paperwork (i.e. call-logs, battery invoices, cash receipts, etc.)

    Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

    • Clear and proficient verbal and written communication even under pressure
    • Common knowledge of vehicle components and the common reasons for vehicle failure

    Work Environment/Physical Requirements

    • Works outdoors at vehicle sites when servicing vehicles. Lifting and carrying tires and parts, weighing up to 50 pounds, several times a day; bending, kneeling and stooping as required for service calls. Works in all weather and all traffic conditions. Vehicle recovery sites may be wet, messy and hazardous. Service Providers are required to provide a photograph for identification purposes.

    Qualifications and Physical Requirements:

  • PART TIME DRIVER

    Shuttle Driver

    The Shuttle Driver drives a passenger van to transport customers from the dealership to their home or business and may pick them up for a return trip to the dealership. The driver may assist disabled passengers into and out of vehicle. He or she will operate radio or similar device to communicate with base station or other vehicles to report disruption of service.

    The Shuttle Driver may perform errands for the dealership to transport or pick up materials from various local destinations. The driver also will clean and service vehicle with fuel, lubricants, and accessories, keep records of trips and behavior of passengers (if disruptive). He or she may perform other duties when not driving, such as custodial and light building maintenance tasks.

    Essential Job Duties:

    • Drive passenger van (up to 15 passengers) or a passenger vehicle to transport customers (log mileage).
    • Assist passengers in and out of the vehicle if needed.
    • Follow customers’ directions to arrive at desired destination.
    • Monitor vehicle maintenance/fuel.
    • Run errands for the dealership if needed.
    • Regular and predictable attendance.

    JOB SUMMARY

    Our drivers pick up and deliver medical equipment to hospitals, healthcare facilities and patient homes. Delivery Drivers provide excellent customer service by adhering to delivery schedules and ensuring patient’s receive equipment timely.

    The anticipated hourly range for this position is $24.25 – $27.50. The actual compensation offered may vary based on job-related factors such as experience, skills, education, and location.

    Schedule: Sunday – Thursday: 1:30 pm – 10:00 pm.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Load and unload medical equipment, oxygen and supplies onto and off of delivery vehicles.
    • Pick up and deliver medical equipment.
    • Maintain a high level of professionalism and deliver high quality care while interacting with patients and healthcare staff.
    • Complete daily delivery logs, pick-up and delivery forms, reimbursement documents and vehicle maintenance logs via paper or electronic means (cell phone and/or iPad).
    • Perform routine vehicle maintenance and daily inspections including the checking of gasoline, oil fluids, tire pressure and brakes. Responsible for reporting any issues or malfunctions to leadership.
    • Comply with all applicable traffic laws and regulatory requirements; including, practicing safe driving habits and providing required documents needed for the Driver Qualification File.
    • Adhere to mandatory reporting requirements; physical abuse of any family member, unsafe home environment for care ordered, unsanitary conditions or animals causing such, or insufficient food for children.

    8. If the Shuttle develops mechanical issues, document the problem and notify your supervisor immediately.

    9. No Cell Phone usage while Shuttle is operating per the law and policy.

    10. Breaks are to be taken on non-peak times.

    11. Communication between drivers upon leaving or arriving at a destination is required via radio.

    12. Documentation of passengers is to be updated at all destinations.

    13. Any suspicious activity is to be reported to the Security Dispatcher immediately

    14. Any vehicle assist with other motorist or employees are to be reported to Security Dispatcher immediately.

    15. Must know how to operate wheelchair lift on handicap equipped Shuttles.

All transfers, lifts and re-positioning will be completed utilizing the lift equipment and/or other patient handling aids as indicated by the patient’s profile and appropriate algorithms.

    4. Evaluation by Occupational Medicine required upon hire or transfer to ensure medical fitness. Periodic evaluation after hire required. Any significant changes in health-status must be reported.
