Pay: $17.00 – $30.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Safely operate shuttle vehicles, including vans and small busses ,along assigned routes while adhering to traffic laws and company policies
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting passengers warmly, assisting with boarding, and ski luggage and addressing inquiries professionally
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks to ensure safety and operational readiness
- Assist passengers with lifting and helping with ski gear needs, offering support as needed to ensure a comfortable journey
- Maintain accurate logs of trips, passenger counts, and any incidents or maintenance issues during shifts
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and team members to coordinate schedules and relay important information
- Ensure the cleanliness and overall appearance of the vehicle before and after each shift
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license appropriate for the vehicle type
- Proven experience in driving, delivery driving, bus driving, or similar roles such as limousine or school bus driving helpful but not necessary
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact positively with diverse passengers
- Ability to perform light lifting when assisting passengers or handling luggage
- Knowledge of traffic laws, safety regulations, and vehicle procedures
- Prior experience in customer service roles is desirable
- Flexibility to work various shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, or on call as needed
- Cheerful and outgoing personality with customers
