Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $19.00 – $24.00 per hour
Position Overview:
The Delivery Driver plays a key role in keeping our daily operations running smoothly. This position involves transporting baked goods, ingredients, and materials safely and efficiently between locations. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and takes pride in being part of a team that values quality and consistency.
Responsibilities:
- Safely load, transport, and unload baked goods, ingredients, and supplies between East Aurora and Hamburg locations.
- Maintain accurate logs of deliveries and materials transported.
- Communicate with kitchen and management teams to ensure timely, accurate deliveries.
- Assist with basic organization, restocking, or light cleaning tasks at each location when needed.
- Handle products with care to maintain quality and presentation standards.
- Operate company vehicle (or approved personal vehicle) in accordance with safety and traffic laws.
Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
- Reliable, punctual, and organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and move baking trays, boxes, and bulk ingredients safely.
- Previous delivery or logistics experience preferred, but not required.
- Strong communication skills and positive, team-oriented attitude.
Schedule:
- Daytime hours with occasional flexibility as needed: typically 5-7am
- Regular route between East Aurora and Hamburg (approx. 30 minutes each way).
