  • Overnight Delivery Driver

    Pay: $100.00 – $190.00 per hour

    Meadowlark Logistics is seeking a reliable Overnight Delivery Driver based in Bismarck, ND, to complete two scheduled overnight delivery routes per week using a company-provided 16’ box truck equipped with a liftgate. This position offers a consistent weekly schedule with opportunities for additional work when available.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Safely operate a 16’ box truck with liftgate on overnight routes
    • Operate a pallet jack to move pallets and materials
    • Complete two dedicated overnight routes weekly:

    Bismarck → Dickinson (Tuesday)
    Bismarck → Devils Lake (Friday)

    • Load, unload, and secure materials (light to moderate lifting required)
    • Use liftgate for safe loading/unloading when required
    • Communicate with dispatch throughout each route
    • Follow DOT, company, and customer procedures
    • Perform basic pre-trip and post-trip inspections
    • Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and customer service standards

    Opportunities for Additional Work

    Drivers may have the opportunity to take on:

    • Additional regional delivery assignments

    Requirements

  • Shuttle Driver

    Pay: $34K – $50K

    Job Summary

    The Van/ Shuttle Driver is responsible for transporting hotels guests to/from assigned destinations using property vehicle in a timely and courteous manner. Comply with all company policies and procedures to ensure guest safety and satisfaction. Duties entail but not limited to the following:

    Job Duties

    • Check Shuttle Log/ shuttle board and check for special shuttle requirements or discounts;
    • Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards;
    • Anticipate and address guests’ service needs; assist individuals with disabilities; thank guests with genuine appreciation;
    • Document all trips prior to the start of and at the conclusion of each trip;
    • Inspect property vehicle for damage and ensure both the interior and exterior of the vehicle are clean, neat and ready at the start of and the end of each shift;
    • Check tire pressure and fluid levels for property vehicle and refuel as necessary;
    • Ensure that all lights, signals, mirrors, brakes, seat belts, etc. are functioning and in good working condition;
    • Ensure supplies are present and stocked (i.e., First Aid Kit, Fire Extinguisher, flashlight, water, etc.);
    • Notify appropriate personnel of any vehicle maintenance needs.
    • Document all property vehicle incidents (i.e., damages, accidents) and provide reports of incidents to manager;
    • Report all injuries, minor and major, and unsafe work conditions to manager;
    • Comply with company quality assurance expectations and standards.
    • Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional;
    • Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets.
    • Perform other job related duties as assigned.

    Job Requirements:

  • Transportation Driver

    General Summary of Job Duties

    The Transportation Driver is responsible for transporting crews and captains and performing miscellaneous transportation tasks. Duties include but are not limited to, driving, coordinating, and communicating transport routes, occasional office activities, and other related services for the company as needed. This position works shifts including but not limited to late nights, early mornings, and weekend shifts. Safety, reliability, and communication are the keys to the success of this position. Due to the nature of this role, the Transportation Driver must work well with others and be very flexible as tasks constantly change throughout each shift.


    Specific Essential Job Duties

    • Provides on-call, safe, courteous, and timely transportation services for vessel crews and captains.
    • Picks up and drops off passengers and luggage in various locations within the dispatched areas, such as ports, airports, hotels, etc.
    • Communicates with dispatchers by phone or computer to receive requests for passenger service.
    • Maps out driving routes ahead of time to determine the most expedient trips.
    • Listens to traffic and weather reports to stay up to date on road conditions.
    • Abides by all federal, state, and local laws, including all transportation rules, guidelines, and safety regulations; ensures passengers also follow applicable safety regulations.
    • Submits accident reports accurately and timely when necessary.
    • Reports vehicle problems to management timely upon discovery.
    • Ensures all transportation vehicles are always in a safe working condition.
    • Ensures vehicle equipment such as brakes, lights, windshield wipers, etc., is maintained and operating properly.
    • Conducts routine maintenance on vehicles including adding gasoline, oil, and water and checking tire pressure; ensures more specialized maintenance and repairs are performed.

    Qualifications Required

    • High school diploma or GED required.
    • Must be at least 21 years of age.
    • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record required.
    • Class C endorsement preferred or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
    • Transportation Workers Identification Card (TWIC) is highly preferred and must be obtained upon acceptance of position or within 30 days of hire.
    • Must be able to pass a Federal and State background screening.
    • Available after hours, on an on-call basis, as scheduled.

    This is a part-time driving position focused primarily on our scheduled mural, history, and city tours (mostly in St. Pete), with regular charter work throughout Tampa Bay, Orlando, and Sarasota.

    Key Responsibilities

    Safely operate vintage-style trolleys and themed buses on tour routes and charter trips across St. Petersburg, Tampa Bay, Orlando, and Sarasota
    Communicate effectively with office, clients, and tour guides
    Provide outstanding customer service and assist guests with boarding/alighting
    Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and light maintenance: check/add oil and fluids, fuel the trolley, and keep interior/exterior spotless and photo-ready

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

    • Reports to and receives assignments, instructions, and direction from Dispatcher/Supervisor
