About the Role
This is a part-time driving position focused primarily on our scheduled mural, history, and city tours (mostly in St. Pete), with regular charter work throughout Tampa Bay, Orlando, and Sarasota.
Key Responsibilities
Safely operate vintage-style trolleys and themed buses on tour routes and charter trips across St. Petersburg, Tampa Bay, Orlando, and Sarasota
Communicate effectively with office, clients, and tour guides
Provide outstanding customer service and assist guests with boarding/alighting
Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and light maintenance: check/add oil and fluids, fuel the trolley, and keep interior/exterior spotless and photo-ready
Occasionally drive longer-distance private charters
When needed, load coolers with ice and beverages, ensure audio and visual systems are operating properly, and decorate vehicles as needed
Requirements
Valid CDL Class B (or higher) with Passenger (P) endorsement and Air Brake endorsement
Clean driving record – no major violations or at-fault accidents in the past 5 years
Minimum 2 years of verified commercial passenger-driving experience (bus, trolley, shuttle, coach, etc.)
Comfortable driving in St. Pete, Tampa, Orlando, Sarasota, and surrounding highways
Outgoing personality
Passion for (or quick learner of) the history and culture of the Tampa Bay region and Central Florida
Availability for weekends, holidays, evenings, and nights
Professional appearance and reliable attendance
Ability to pass DOT physical, drug screen, and background check
