Tow Truck Driver

Pay: $70,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year

We are currently seeking a reliable and skilled Light Duty Tow Truck Driver to join our team. As a locally-owned towing company serving Summit and Eagle County, we provide an essential service to the area. No CDL is required, just a valid driver’s license, a clean background, and fluent English speaking skills. We are ready to train the right candidate!

In this role, you will be responsible for responding to towing requests, operating a light-duty tow truck, and ensuring the safe transport of vehicles in varying weather conditions. Mechanical skills and truck driving experience are highly preferred but not required. We are happy to train the right person who has a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a light-duty tow truck to transport vehicles in a timely manner
• Respond promptly to towing requests across Summit and Eagle County
• Drive safely in challenging winter conditions, including snow and blizzards, both day and night
• Provide excellent customer service during each towing operation
• Complete necessary paperwork accurately and on time
• Maintain a clean driving record and ensure the proper care of the truck

Qualifications:

• Valid regular driver’s license (No CDL required)
• Clean background check
• Mechanical skills and truck driving experience are highly preferred but not required
• Ability to drive safely in snow and blizzard conditions
• Fluent in English for effective communication
• Preferably, have a spot to park the tow truck overnight at your residence
• Strong reliability, responsibility, and punctuality are essential

Compensation:

• Pay is commission-based, calculated from the gross income of each tow, with significant earning potential during peak seasons
