Pay: $20.00 Per Hour
Founders Place is seeking a reliable and personable Shuttle Driver to provide exceptional transportation services to our owners and guests. In this role, you’ll ensure safe, timely, and courteous travel between designated property locations, enhancing the overall guest experience with your friendly demeanor and dedication to service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Start the shuttle/van each shift and clear any frost or snow to ensure safety.
- Perform daily vehicle checks including lights, fluids, tire pressure, and cleanliness.
- Fuel the shuttle as needed using a corporate charge card; return the card and receipts at the end of each shift.
- Pick up and drop off passengers at designated locations according to a set schedule to ensure punctual service.
- Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, offering information about the area and anticipating their needs.
- Assist owners and guests with skis and luggage, including loading and unloading as needed.
- Maintain clear communication with dispatchers or supervisors regarding passenger needs or any route changes.
- Periodically wash the shuttle exterior and windows and maintain a clean and tidy vehicle interior.
- When shuttle demand is low, support the Front Desk team with tasks such as handling packages, answering calls, and other duties as needed.
Minimum Requirements
- A safe, insurable driver with a valid U.S. driver’s license who can pass a background check and meet insurance requirements.
- Candidate must have availability to work weekdays, weekends and holidays.
- Physically capable of lifting and carrying ski gear and luggage.
- Comfortable using a driver’s app to manage pick-ups, drop-offs, and interactions.
- Eager to extend genuine hospitality and positively impact owner and guest experiences.
- Familiarity with the local area
