Job Duties
The official job specifications for this role, is to provide to transport residents in a facility owned vehicle to appointments scheduled by the facility. This can include trips in the immediate area as well as out of town. This requires the incumbent to be familiar with the location of the facility for the appointment and working with the in house staff to coordinate the trips. Operate facility sedans, station wagon, small passenger vans, or pick-up truck up to and including 1 ton rating. Maintain vehicle records of each trip made, mileage, oil and gas consumption, etc. Ensures vehicles interior is cleaned after all trips. Required to possess a valid Louisiana Driver’s License.
