Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.72 per hour
Schedule: During the School Year: Monday–Friday, must be available 7:00 am – 9:30 am & 3:00 pm – 9:30 pm (schedule TBD on a weekly basis); weekends as needed (15-30 hours per week); During the Summer: Daytime, Nights, Overnight & Weekend Availability
We are seeking a reliable, proactive, and nurturing college student looking for a part-time job assisting our family with daily activities. We are two law firm owners who need help with daily household chores and errands, as well as driving 11 and 13 year old children to activities. There may be some babysitting, dog-sitting, and house-sitting required. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, dependable, responsive, and great with children. This role includes driving children to and from school and activities, light housekeeping, laundry, running errands, and occasional meal prep. A reliable vehicle that is owned or leased in candidate’s name, clean driving record and comfort around children is a must. We will pay for mileage.
Responsibilities:
• Drive children to/from school, sports practices, and other scheduled activities
• Assist with household chores such as dishes, laundry, and tidying up
• Run errands including grocery shopping, dry cleaning drop-offs/pickups, and returns
• Maintain a clean and organized household environment
• Prepare simple meals or snacks for children as needed
• Keep an organized schedule and communicate regularly with parents
• Qualifications:
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Reliable vehicle
• Auto insurance
• Experience working with children preferred
• Trustworthy, punctual, and self-motivated
• CPR/First Aid certification a plus
Expected hours: Summer 10 hours per week; School Year 20 – 30 hours/per week
Schedule:
• After school
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• Morning shift
• Night shift
• Weekends as needed
