    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Complete CDL course to learn how to operate a CDL-A vehicle safely
    • Is familiar with and certified to use all types of delivery equipment, pallet jacks, docks and dock-levelers, trucks and trailers per Caffey Dist. And OSHA standards.

    SCREEN OUTS:
    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: I have experience that demonstrates the ability to perform work as a motor vehicle operator and assisting journey-level, or other higher graded workers; my experience included work such as operating gasoline or diesel-powered motor vehicles, the use of motor vehicles of a gross vehicle weight up to 10,000 pounds to transport material to and from the work site; operating pickup trucks, panel trucks, flatbed trucks, carryalls, sedans, crew pickup trucks, jeeps, and station wagons of a gross vehicle weight up to 10,000 pounds.     Essential Functions

    Description

    On an assigned route or as a relief driver, operates an automotive van, truck, or related automotive vehicle to transport food, supplies, equipment, and money between designated schools.

    Qualifications

    Required

    • Any combination of education and experience equivalent to completion of the tenth grade.
    • Some experience in automotive transportation and/or delivery.
