  • Van Driver

    Pay: $32K – $42K

    Van Driver Duties and Responsibilities:

    • The safe and efficient operation of assigned motor vehicle
    • Extensive contact with patients/ residents of a nursing home facility
    • Assisting ambulatory and non-ambulatory individuals enter and leave the vehicle
    • Ensuring that passengers are safely seated inside the motor vehicle
    • Securing residents’ mobility devices such as walkers and wheelchairs
    • Keeping a record of each bus trip and the residents who attended
    • Documenting the mileage and time for each bus trip
    • Performing preventive maintenance functions such as checking lights, maintaining fluid levels, checking tire pressure, etc. and notifying supervisory personnel of need for further service or repair

    Van Driver Qualifications and Skills:

    • Basic knowledge of methods and techniques used to load, secure, and unload passengers from a motor vehicle
    • Skill in the operation and basic maintenance of assigned motor vehicle
    • Ability to find geographic locations
    • Ability to follow oral/ written instructions and keep a record of activities
    • Ability to lift, maneuver, and support materials of up to 80 pounds
    • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with residents and staff
    • Possession of a valid driver’s license
    • Six to 12 months of work experience operating, loading, and unloading a motor vehicle
    • Any equivalent combination of acceptable training and experience which has provided the knowledge, skills, and abilities stated above

    Salary: $16.20 – $19.74 Per Hour

    Description:
    Responsible for driving a variety of vehicles including cars, trucks and vans. Needs to possess knowledge of local and highway roadway systems.   • Delivery Driver

    Pay: $40K – $57K 

    The RedWagon Delivers is seeking reliable, motivated independent contractors to join our delivery team. Our ideal candidate has experience with platforms such as DoorDash, Grubhub, or Uber Eats, and understands how partnering with RedWagon can increase overall earnings. As a 1099 contractor, you will manage your own schedule and operate as an independent business partner.

    Deliveries typically take 30 minutes and are most frequent between 9 AM and 2 PM, though routes are available from 6 AM to 9 PM, seven days a week. Your availability directly determines your earning potential. Compensation is per delivery, not hourly. Top earners regularly make between $50 and $200+ per day.

    Responsibilities

    Timely delivery of cake inventory continuously throughout the workday
    Perform visual inspection of order and log it via inspection log each delivery
    Set up cakes at store making sure it is pleasing to customers and following guidelines per each store and their visual setup, making sure you are consistently following food safety standards
    Communicate with Managers at various locations to make sure all are on the same page regarding inventory
    Other responsibilities

    Help Cake Decorating Center with various items, including inventory checks and general tasks making sure cleanliness standards are followed
    As you are driving a truck, make sure maintenance standards are followed: Oil Changes, Warning Lights, checking fluid levels and tire pressure, filling with fuel and taking vehicle in for scheduled service.

    Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

    • Ability to drive safely and responsibly for 8 hours a day, with the majority of the time spent with guests. The foundation of our business is providing an experience where safety is prioritized.
    • Transport guests to and from our ATV site and their pickup locations.
    • Make sure all guests listed on manifest are accounted for and on the bus. If there are changes, quickly and effectively communicate the updates.
    • Be in constant communication with Tour Reps and Tour Managers via phone and text.
    • Knowledge about our tours and the trail area is crucial to your performance. Guests will ask questions, so your understanding of our product and the area is a necessity.
    • Required to perform walk-around and pre-trip inspection sheet.
    • Required to clean the inside and outside of your shuttle during and at the end of your shift.
    • It will be your responsibility to monitor and maintain your fuel level and report any maintenance concerns to the mechanics.
    • Other responsibilities include but are not limited to collecting Participation agreements and paperwork, transporting staff, courier duties, and light tour sales.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Positive attitude while working in ALL weather conditions and with all personalities.

    • Ability to think calmly and critically in high-stress situations.
    • Must be flexible with scheduling and able to work a mix of morning and evening tours.

  • Full-Time Driver 

    Salary: $22.50 Per Hour

    Major Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Transport students to and from off-center appointments
    • Check the condition of vehicles to ensure that everything is in good working order (tires, breaks, lights, wipers, windows, oil, fuel, safety equipment, etc.)
    • Reports any bus malfunctions or needed repairs
    • Complies with traffic regulations
    • Prepares and submits reports that may include the number of passengers or trips, hours worked, mileage, and/or fuel consumption.
    • Assists the Safety Supervisor in routine safety duties.
