    The Airport Shuttle Bus Driver is responsible for safely transport employees, traveling public and baggage between the airport terminal and parking facilities. Deal courteously with the passengers, deliver excellent customer service and represent the Airport in a positive, professional manner.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
    Drive passengers and their baggage between the airport terminal and parking facilities. Drive for tours, special evets and during irregular operations.
    Recognize driving safety hazards and use appropriate precautions based on Federal, State and Local guidelines.
    Follow the directions of the Shuttle Bus Dispatchers, Bus Operations Supervisors and/or Landside Managers.
    Use a 2-way radio to communicate location, emergencies and ask for assistance.
    Provide information about the airport to the public and assist travelers with ground transportation matters.
    Complete related paperwork such as vehicle inspection reports and vehicle work orders.
    Perform light cleaning inside bus (e.g., clean windows, empty trash, sweep).
    Under some circumstances, assist passengers with baggage.
    Assists passengers in boarding or exiting the vehicle as necessary, including operation of wheelchair lift and wheelchair restraints.
    Other duties as assigned.
    COMPETENCIES FOR SUCCESSFUL PERFORMANCE OF JOB DUTIES
