    Key Responsibilities

    • Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections of delivery vehicles to ensure mechanical and safety compliance.

    Required Qualifications

    • Valid Washington State driver’s license with a clean driving record (must be insurable).
    • Ability to lift 75+ lbs consistently and perform physical labor, including bending, carrying, and walking on uneven terrain.
    • Previous delivery, warehouse, or construction material handling experience strongly preferred.
    • Ability to read maps, use GPS, and follow delivery instructions independently.
    • Strong communication and customer service skills.
    • Forklift experience or certification a plus.

    Work Environment & Physical Demands

    • Outdoor work in various weather conditions.
    • Frequent lifting, carrying, and maneuvering of heavy millwork products.
    • Climbing in/out of trucks and walking long distances on job sites or uneven surfaces.

  • Emergency Roadside Battery/Light Service Driver

    Summary
    Driving and operating of a specific service vehicle (tow trucks, battery service vehicles, light service vehicles) and operating towing equipment for AAA members and for commercial purposes. Performing simple diagnostics/troubleshooting on vehicles. Providing an outstanding customer service experience.

    Competitive pay: $27.50/HR with an opportunity to earn up to an additional bonus up to $1300 a month
    Essential Functions

    • Driving and operating a service vehicle (i.e. flat tire changes, lock-out, fuel delivery services, etc.)
    • On-scene time interacting with customer/establishing rapport, building relationships, trust and problem solving
    • Leverages sales skills for offering products and services from AAA to member during service interaction

    • Vocational technical automotive training/certification or equivalent experience (preferred)

    Work Environment/Physical Requirements

    Works outdoors at vehicle sites when servicing vehicles. Lifting and carrying tires and parts, weighing up to 50 pounds, several times a day; bending, kneeling and stooping as required for service calls. Works in all weather and all traffic conditions. Vehicle recovery sites may be wet, messy and hazardous. Service Providers are required to provide a photograph for identification purposes.

  • Automotive Lot Porter & Parts Delivery Driver

    Lot Porter/Parts Delivery Driver

    Moves and cleans vehicles, keeps used vehicles in sound working condition and helps the used-vehicle manager as requested. Deliver parts and accessories to different automotive stores.

    Essential Duties

    • Keeps used-vehicle lot neat and orderly, moving cars as directed by the used-vehicle manager and in accordance with dealership display standards.
    • Cleans interior and exterior of used vehicles, including the trunk, glove compartment, tires, windows etc. as needed.
    • Picks up vehicles from and delivers vehicles to customers as directed by management.
    • Starts vehicles daily and reports any problems or concerns.
    • Picks up parts from parts department.
    • Performs light maintenance on vehicles as needed, i.e., replaces windshield wiper blades, repairs or changes tires, replenishes fluids etc.
    • Keeps vehicles fueled.
    • Ensures that required forms/stickers have been completed and are properly displayed.
    • Other tasks as assigned.

    • No prior experience or training.
    • Less than high school education; or up to one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Truck Driver Light

    Overview:

    The Truck Driver Light will address customer needs, pick up and deliver parts for VDOT sites, and assist with inventory control.

    This is an hourly position. Responsibilities:

    Provide quality customer service to include but not limited to the following:

    • Attention to detail
    • Meet and greet customers
    • Review supplied requisition forms to ensure they are properly completed (signatures, timestamps, part numbers, descriptions and quantities)
    • Answer questions regarding availability of parts
    • Ask appropriate questions to ensure correct parts are researched and provided
    • Inform customers when requested parts are available
    • Operate a forklift
    • Review, familiarize with and adhere to Product Group Catalog.

    Parts Pick up

    • Drive vehicle to designated locations to purchase/pick up parts
    • Provide company documentation to vendors as required (tax exempt form, credit references)
    • Review all invoices at vendor location to ensure accuracy on pricing and quantities
    • Return products to MANCON location in a timely fashion


    Data Entry Requirements

    • Assist in generating invoices for customer requisitions in the inventory system
    • Assist in entry of vendor receiving documents in the inventory system


    Inventory Management Requirements

    • Assist in physically receiving vendor orders
    • Assist in performing weekly inventory cycle counts
    • Assist in performing counts during Wall to Wall inventories at site


    Other Requirements

    • Follow established guidelines for vehicle and equipment maintenance
    • Provide 24 hour support at the VDOT location during emergencies

    Description:

    An Excellent Experienced Driver with a Valid License to Transport people on a shuttle between locations.

    Their job is restricted to a particular route and involves:

    • Helping passengers with luggage
    • Answering passenger questions
    • Obey traffic rules.
    • Arrange to pick up particular customers or groups on a regular schedule.
    • Check the condition of a vehicle’s tires, brakes, windshield wipers, lights, oil, fuel, water, and safety equipment to ensure that everything is in working order.
    • Collect fares or vouchers from passengers and make changes or issue receipts as necessary.
    • Communicate with dispatchers by radio, telephone, or computer to exchange information and receive requests for passenger service.
    • Complete accident reports when necessary.

    About the Role:

    We’re looking for enthusiastic, energetic, and self-motivated team players with at least 2 years of customer-facing experience to:
    • Deliver vehicles straight to customers’ doors with our custom car haulers (don’t worry – a commercial license is not required to drive the hauler and you will receive ample training)
    • Frequently load/unload vehicles onto the hauler (this part does require getting physical!) and regularly inspect the car-hauler to make sure the vehicle maintains safe to drive
