Cargo Van Driver OTR

Pay: $3,600.00 – $4,000.00 per month

Compensation

• $1,200 weekly
• Performance bonuses per 3-week work cycle:
• 9,000 or more miles: $200 bonus
• 11,000 or more miles: $400 bonus
• Company covers all operating expenses, including fuel, insurance, maintenance, and equipment
• No out-of-pocket expenses for the driver

Schedule

• Three weeks OTR per month
• One week off (flexible depending on miles reached)
• Typical monthly mileage expectation: 9,000–11,000 miles

Responsibilities

• Operate a company-provided cargo van on long-distance routes
• Transport palletized freight safely and on time
• Properly secure freight using straps and provided safety equipment
• Maintain clear communication with dispatch throughout the route
• Keep vehicle clean, organized, and free of damage
• Follow company policies and safety procedures
• Report delays, incidents, or mechanical issues promptly

Equipment Provided

• Company cargo van
• Fuel card
• Straps, PPE, and all required safety equipment
• Company-managed maintenance and inspections

Requirements

• Valid U.S. driver’s license
• Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident
• Minimum age: 25
• Clean driving record (no DUI)
• Ability to drive long hours and handle OTR schedules
• Basic English communication
• Basic mechanical awareness to identify simple issues (such as fluids, tires, and warning lights)
• No prior experience required; training is provided
