Automotive Light Service Driver

Pay: $12.00 – $18.00 Per Hour

Our ideal candidate is safety-conscious, skilled with tools, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where professionalism and customer satisfaction come first.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to service calls efficiently and safely within assigned time frames
• Perform light-duty roadside services such as:
  • Tire changes and inflations.
  • Battery jump starts.
  • Lockout services.
  • Fuel delivery and other minor services.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with dispatch and customers.
• Ensure all service equipment is clean, functional, and properly maintained.
• Document services accurately and submit all required paperwork in a timely manner.
• Represent MrKitt’s Service Center & Towing with a high level of professionalism at all times.

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (no accidents or violations in the past 5 years).
• At least 25 years of age.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Must be punctual, reliable, and able to work independently.
• Basic automotive knowledge and experience using hand tools.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous roadside assistance or light service experience.
• DOT Medical Card (or ability to obtain).
• Familiarity with Philadelphia and the surrounding areas.
