Pay: $18.00 Per Hour
Job Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities:
- Transportation of clients and/or Tribal Members to appointments
- Daily inspection of vehicles for maintenance, safety, and upkeep needs
- Coordinates with Transport Lead for scheduled transports daily
- Communicates needs for any vehicle maintenance.
- Always conduct themselves in a professional and appropriate manner
- Logs miles driven and odometer readings with each trip.
Required Knowledge & Skills:
- Driving experience (5 years preferred)
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Familiar with treatment and/or recovery process
- Knowledgeable in basic vehicle maintenance needs (fluid change reminders, wiper blades, lights, etc.)
- Valid and current Driver’s License
- Clean MVR (Motor Vehicle Report) minor discrepancies negotiable
- Good self and time management – able to follow through on driving schedule within time frame, or being able to communicate if help is needed.
- Able to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully.
- Able to set and maintain healthy boundaries with clients.
Physical Requirements
To comply with the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 the essential physical, mental, and environmental requirements. Candidate must be able to successfully perform all functions of their job with minimal supervision.
