Regional CDL A Truck Driver

Qualifications

• Rider and Pet Policy: Drivers are allowed to bring a rider or a pet, including cats
• Experience: Minimum of 6 months of verifiable CDL-A local, regional, or OTR experience within the last 12 months
• Driving Record: Drivers must have a relatively clean MVR, with no more than 2 jobs in the last 12 months and no more than 4 in the last 36 months
• Accidents: No more than 3 accidents or incidents in a commercial motor vehicle (CMV) in the last 3 years, with exceptions for rollovers or head-on collisions older than 3 years
• Drug Testing: Must successfully pass a DOT drug test
• Moving Violations: No moving violation exceeding 15 mph over the speed limit in any vehicle in the last 12 months
• Note: Candidates who have previously failed or refused a DOT drug test are not eligible for hire

Benefits

• Pay: Starting pay ranges from $0.50 to $0.60 CPM; drivers with 6-12 months of experience start at $0.50 CPM, while those with over 24 months of experience begin at $0.60 CPM
• Mileage: Driver will average between 2,700 and 3,000 miles per week
• Home Time: Drivers can look forward to being home every 5-7 days for 34-48 hours

Responsibilities

• Drivers can expect to handle approximately 70% drop and hook loads
