AAA Light Service Vehicle Driver

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $50,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year

AAA Light Service Driver. (base hourly + commission + bonus + tips) This position will require some light duty mechanical skills, but can be taught. You will be driving a company vehicle and servicing AAA members when they break down in the Madison area. We do tire changes, door unlocks, battery installs, and jumpstarts.

Exceptional communication skills with customers and staff is expected. Paid training will be provided, applicant must be willing to learn the business. Applicant must have a valid driver’s license (at least 5 years) and a clean driving record.

This position will require the following:

– sales mentality, willing to speak with customers and overcome objections

– testing and installing batteries in all makes/models

– install spare tires for customers

– unlock customers vehicles with out the key

– jump start customers cars

– lift 45+ lbs

This is a fast paced industry that requires the ability to problem solve on the go. If you are a quick thinker, charismatic, and have some mechanical skill THIS IS THE JOB FOR YOU!

Pay and Benefits. Pay is based on experience and the employee’s ability to sell. We offer multiple bonuses and spiffs on top of base pay along with tips ranging from $2000 – $6000 per year.
