About The Role
The Associate Manager, Drive – Delivery Quality will work on the end-to-end fulfillment strategy for one of our most nascent verticals. Drive’s growth only accelerates when we are the most cost efficient and best-in-class quality player in the industry. This role reports directly to the Senior Manager, Final Mile Performance. We expect this role to be based out of NYC with up to 5-10% travel.

• Own business outcomes — be directly responsible for our quality metrics and develop plans to improve performance
• Influence – Work cross-functionally with our Finance, Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Business Development teams to improve our quality, enable growth, and influence the direction of one of Door Dash’s biggest bets
• Implement – Drive the strategy, build, and rollout of new product capabilities and operational initiatives to improve our dispatch throughput and fulfillment efficiency

• You have 3+ years of experience. You’ve succeeded in a competitive and fast moving environment in Product Operations, high-growth or early-stage startup, or Investment Banking experience.
• You are proficient in Excel modeling and using data to solve problems and identify opportunities.
• Knowledge SQL is required; if not already proficient, must be willing to teach yourself within the first month.
• Bachelor’s Degree required. Masters Degree helpful but not required.
Compensation
The successful candidate’s starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee’s work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.
In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants. Talk to your recruiter for more information.

• For salaried roles: flexible paid time off/vacation, plus 80 hours of paid sick time per year.
• For hourly roles: vacation accrued at about 1 hour for every 25.97 hours worked (e.g. about 6.7 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 3.4 hours/month if working 20 hours/week), and paid sick time accrued at 1 hour for every 30 hours worked (e.g. about 5.8 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 2.9 hours/month if working 20 hours/week).
The base pay for this position ranges from our lowest geographical market up to our highest geographical market within the United States.
$98,600—$145,000 USD
