Job Title: Regional Solo Truck Driver (CDL Class A)

Experience Required: Minimum 3 months of OTR experience

Pay and Benefits:
• Starting at $0.56 CPM, up to $0.66 CPM based on experience
• Weekly take-home pay between $1,200 – $1,350
• $150 per hazmat load
• $12.50/hour detention pay (after the first 2 hours)
• $100/day layover or breakdown pay
• Mileage Bonuses:
• 20,000–21,999 miles/month = +$0.02 CPM
• 26,000+ miles/month = +$0.14 CPM
• Direct deposit with weekly pay
• 24/7 dispatch and operational support
Freight and Routes:
• 100% no-touch freight
• 80% drop-and-hook
• OTR across all 48 states
• Average 5,500+ miles per week
Home Time:
• Minimum 3 weeks on the road
• 3 days off after every 3 weeks out
• Option to accrue up to 7 days off for longer hauls
Equipment:
• 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadia trucks
• Equipped with modern safety technology and comfortable interiors
Key Responsibilities:
• Safely operate assigned vehicles
• Conduct required pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintain accurate records of driving hours, mileage, and inspections
• Follow all DOT regulations and traffic laws
• Communicate with dispatch regarding routes and load information
• Secure and deliver freight safely and on schedule
Qualifications:
• Valid CDL Class A license
• At least 3 months of verifiable OTR driving experience
• Ability to operate manual transmission (preferred)
• Clean driving record preferred
• Must pass DOT drug screening
• Strong understanding of truck safety, freight handling, and compliance
